DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Melbourne delivery, planned around your event.

We dispatch from 11 Clement Way, Melton South VIC 3338 and estimate delivery and collection from your event address before confirming the practical details of the booking.

CLEAR ESTIMATES

A simple delivery & collection estimate before you enquire.

Use the quote calculator to add your furniture list and full event address. The automatic estimate uses the one-way Google driving distance from our Melton South dispatch base, then we review access, timing and quantities before confirming the final booking.

Automatic delivery & collection rule: addresses up to and including 12.5 km are estimated at $50. For addresses above 12.5 km, the estimate is $4 per one-way kilometre. Listed hire rates and delivery estimates include GST.

STANDARD DELIVERY

What the estimate is designed to cover.

Delivery & collection

We deliver tables, chairs and stools to one accessible drop-off point and collect them from that same point. We do not offer customer pickup.

Easy-access locations

Furniture is not distributed, positioned or set up. Standard estimates assume one accessible point near the gate or door with a practical trolley route.

Final confirmation

We confirm availability, timing and the final delivery plan directly before the hire is locked in.

WHEN A FINAL CHECK IS NEEDED

Access and event timing can change the practical plan.

Final delivery pricing may change only where access, parking, stairs, long carrying distance, specific timing, setup or large-order handling requires additional labour or vehicle time.

Please include venue loading instructions, gates, stairs, lift bookings, parking restrictions and any preferred delivery or collection window in your quote notes. Furniture should be ready at the original drop-off point for collection. We confirm exact timing closer to the event.
